Cablenet is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a full-time basis based in Nicosia as a NOC Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the first-line support of all production systems, services, and networks following pre-defined procedures and processes to resolve issues
- Interact with Cablenet’s Engineers and Developers to troubleshoot issues
- Responsible for creating support tickets and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution as well as notifying affected groups about impacting conditions
- Able to work any shift 24/7, including public holidays and weekends
- Recording actions in a concise and clear manner
- Generate reports as required by management
- Any other related duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Employer
- University degree in Computer Science or other related fields
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification will be considered an advantage
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Ambitious, dynamic, team-oriented, and social individual
