We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Equipment Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless device management and delivery to both our business and individual customers. Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end process of device allocation, tracking, and delivery for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers, including forecasting, placing orders, and replenishing stock.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure devices are available and delivered on time.
- Check and validate customer eligibility criteria before approving device allocation for financed devices.
- Ensure proper inventory management and timely updates of device stock levels.
- Monitor and manage the device return, replacement, and repair process, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all device-related operations comply with company policies, telecom regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Analyze device usage trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Propose and implement improvements in the device management lifecycle, including automation and workflow optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding device-related inquiries, escalations, and exception
- High School Diploma
- Diploma or University Degree will be considered an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and good use of CRM will be considered an advantage
- Communicative personality with a dynamic character and team spirit
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience relevant to the duties of the position will be considered an advantage
