This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to start their journey in the field of intelligence, offering hands-on experience in data interpretation, validation, analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities:- Learn and understand about our data and business intelligence environment, including datasets, reports and dashboards.
- Assist in gathering data from various sources and integrating them into our data environment.
- Perform data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency, preparing datasets for analysis.
- Decide on the best available data selection that would apply for ad-hoc analysis requests and perform the data collection, cleansing and preparation for the ad-hoc exercise.
- Interpret data to identify trends and present findings through reports and visualizations.
- Apply creative problem solving to address complex analytical challenges, considering multiple perspectives and solutions.
- Support the design and development of data models and business intelligence dashboards.
- Work closely with senior analysts, contributing to various data projects and initiatives.
- Report to the Head of Intelligence for daily management and coordination with tasks and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, methodologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or any degree associated with Intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel features for organizing, analyzing and visualizing data.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Python or SQL is a plus.
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication skills and a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
