What is the Try & Buy option?
Cablenet gives you the opportunity to try the service for 30 days. If you decide to cancel within this period, you will not be charged an early termination fee.
What is the activation fee?
The service activation fee is €25 (one-time fee). It will appear on your first bill.
I’m an existing Cablenet Internet subscriber. What happens to my current plan?
You continue using your service normally until your contract ends. If you wish to switch to one of the new plans, visit any Cablenet store or call us at 130 so we can assist you.

Terms and Conditions – GigaMax 1000M – HBO Max Edition
- The GigaMax 1000M HBO Max Edition product includes the GigaMax 1000M service and access to the HBO Max Standard plan as a separate service, which is made available by Cablenet-to-Cablenet Subscribers (the “Subscribers”).
- The GigaMax 1000M HBO Max Edition product is available to all new and existing subscribers.
- The HBO Max Standard plan includes the ability to stream on any 2 devices at once, the ability to view 30 different titles (movies or episodes) for offline viewing during a rolling 30-day period, and access to Full HD video resolution.
- Subscribers can upgrade their HBO Max Standard plan to the HBO Max Premium plan with an additional €4.00 fee per month.
- The HBO Max Premium plan includes the ability to stream on any 4 devices at once, the ability to view 100 different titles (movies or episodes) for offline viewing during a rolling 30-day period, and access to 4K UHD and Dolby Atoms video resolution as available.
- Subscribers can add-on the HBO Max Sports plan with an additional €3.00 fee per month.
- The HBO Max service is intended for private, personal use only. It is not permitted for public viewing, including -but not limited to- use in a commercial establishment or non-residential buildings or any location where an admission fee, cover charge or similar fee is charged,
- Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion, provided that the rejection is based on legitimate business reasons including but not limited to materially false or misleading information, a history of outstanding debt with us, service unavailability.
- In order to activate the HBO Max service, the subscriber will be required to complete the specific HBO Max service activation steps described on the Cablenet website. The subscriber will be required to provide his/her full name and a valid email address to complete the HBO Max registration process for the creation of a valid set of HBO Max login credentials. Any information provided by the Subscriber to the HBO Max Service or App, is received by Discovery Communications Benelux who acts as an independent data controller, and its own privacy policy applies. - The Super 300M service is available exclusively on Cablenet’s on-net network. In off-net areas, the maximum download speed is limited to 200 Mbps. To check the available speeds at your location, please contact us at 130.
- The HBO Max Standard plan includes the ability to stream on any 2 devices at once, the ability to view 30 different titles (movies or episodes) for offline viewing during a rolling 30-day period, and access to Full HD video resolution.
- Subscribers can upgrade their HBO Standard plan to the HBO Max Premium plan with an additional €4.00 fee per month.

Terms & Conditions – GigaMax 1000Μ – 6 months free offer
- The offer "GigaMax Internet free of charge for 6 months with a 24 month Contract”, (the “Offer”) is valid from January 12, 2026, until July 31, 2027 ("Offer Term") for new subscribers to the internet service of Cablenet Communication Systems ("Cablenet"), with a 24 month Contract for the GigaMax Internet plan.
- The Offer is valid for one connection per postal address.
- With the Offer, Subscribers benefit by:
- 100% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the GigaMax Internet Plan for the first six (6) months out of the twenty-four (24) months of the Contract ("Term of the Contract") and €30 thereafter for the remaining Duration of the Contract and
- the installation of the service free of charge, provided that the Duration of the Contract is observed. Upon expiration of the Contract, the monthly charge of the GigaMax Internet Plan applies based on the applicable Cablenet price list.
- The Offer includes a 30-Day Try & Buy period according to the terms of the Plan.

- The « GigaMax Internet» (the "Plan") provides an internet access service with an advertised speed of up to 1000Mbps in the areas covered by Cablenet network. Availability checks can be carried out through our website or by calling 130 or by visiting one of the Cablenet stores.
- The advertised speed and the monthly fee that the Subscriber will receive are indicated in the contract summary.
- The basic monthly charge of the GigaMax Internet Plan is according to the applicable Cablenet price list.
- The Plan enjoys a 30-Day trial period,"30-Day Try & Buy" as follows: The Subscriber has the option to test the service for 30 days from its activation. Within this period the Subscriber is entitled to terminate this Contract without incurring the early termination fees as shown in the Early Termination table. The subscriber is obliged to pay to Cablenet the charges due from the Services provided to him and to return the equipment in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
- In case of early termination of the Contract after the "30-Day Try & Buy" period by the Subscriber for any reason, the Subscriber is obliged to pay to Cablenet the charges due from the Services provided to him, the early termination fees based on the early termination table.

- The "Super 300M Internet" plan (the "Plan") provides an internet access service with an advertised speed of up to 300 Mbps for data download in the areas covered by Cablenet's proprietary network.
- In areas outside the Cablenet network (off-net), covered by a network of a Cablenet partner provider, the data download speed is up to 200Mbps.
- The type of network depends exclusively on the existing infrastructure in the area and is determined, prior to the signing of the Contract, during the availability check based on the Subscriber's installation address. Availability checks can be carried out through our website or by calling 130 or by visiting one of the Cablenet stores.
- The basic monthly charge of the Internet 300M Plan is according to the applicable Cablenet price list.
- The advertised speed and the monthly fee that the Subscriber will receive are indicated in the contract summary.
