Call Center Representative

Cablenet Communication Systems PLC seeks to recruit a full-time person for the following career opportunity based in Nicosia: Call Center Representative Responsibilities
  • Act as an interface between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Promote and details information about the company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
  • To escalate and liaise with other departments for issues such as payment
  • Solve all issues or requests in detail through proper information or referral to the appropriate internal department
Requirement
  • High School Diploma
  • Educated to a degree level will be an advantage
  • Ability to work on any shift including Saturday
  • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive attitude and customer oriented
  • Previous customer service experience will be considered as an advantage
