We would like to inform you that as of 11^th January 2023, the payment method for automated monthly payments via credit card will be discontinued. Subscribers who have opted for this payment method will alternatively be able to transition to a Direct Debit (SEPA) mandate instead.

With the Direct Debit (SEPA) mandate, monthly bill payments will be made contactlessly, practically and automatically throughout the time frame that this payment method is selected. A renewal of the order will not be necessary every time the credit card expires, as is currently required.

We kindly request that all affected subscribers transition to an alternative payment method as soon as possible, in order to avoid any potential inconvenience.
