What is the Cablenet Mobile Fair Usage Policy?
In order to avoid network congestion and to protect the quality of service provided to customers, Cablenet implements a Fair Usage Policy, which provides that Cablenet's unlimited plans, are offered solely for interpersonal communication and only for the private or personal use of the Service. Under no circumstances is their use permitted for profit or for service resale. Interpersonal communication is defined as human-to-human communication via telephone or the manual sending of SMS messages. Consequently, unlimited use is prohibited for multiple or simultaneous calls, conference calls, call centre services, telemarketing or teleshopping, mass (bulk) messaging, application/system-to-human communication, continuous call forwarding, automatic redialling, machine-to-machine communication, or any other use deemed inappropriate. In instances where any of these terms are violated, Cablenet reserves the right, following prior notification to the Subscriber, to implement the actions specified in the Fair Usage Policy.

What is 5G Unlimited?
5G Unlimited is Cablenet’s revolutionary new unlimited, uncapped and unthrottled mobile plan, that gives subscribers everything they need, and even more! The plan includes unlimited 5G data, unlimited SMS and unlimited minutes. The plan is also eligible for device financing on specific devices.
Can I make international calls with the 5G Unlimited plan?
Yes, you can. However, international calls are not included in the 5G Unlimited plan and will be charged at standard rates. You can check the current rates here.
If you frequently call European destinations, you have the following options:
- Add the EU Bundle 200 to your 5G Unlimited plan for €5/month. This can be activated by calling 130, visiting any Cablenet store, or submitting a request here.
- Upgrade to the 5G Unlimited Max plan, which already includes 200 international minutes to selected European destinations.

Absolutely! You can keep your existing number by following the number portability process. For more information and the required documents, you can:

Which calls are not included in the plan (Out of Bundle)?
- Voice minutes do not include international calls, universal access services, or calls to premium numbers.
- SMS do not include messages to foreign networks or short code services.
What does “No commitment” mean?
The 5G Unlimited is provided with a 12-month contract, with the freedom to terminate it with 30 days’ notice.
What does “maximum 5G speed” mean?
The 5G Unlimited plan is unthrottled. Which means that your connection speed is never intentionally reduced. You always enjoy the maximum possible network speed, no matter how much data you use.
What does “No Data Cap” mean?
“No Data Cap” means there is no limit on your data usage. You can stream, browse, download, and share as much as you like — your data never runs out.

Terms & Conditions – 5G Unlimited
- The 5G Unlimited mobile plan (the “Plan”) is available to new and existing subscribers and applies exclusively to new connections under this plan.
- The monthly subscription fee for the Plan is €15.00, including VAT.
- The Plan is offered with a 12-month contract, with the option to terminate it by providing 30 days’ notice.
- With the Plan, the Subscriber has access to the 5G network, the maximum available speed, unlimited call minutes, unlimited SMS, and unlimited data within Cyprus or while roaming within the European Union, subject to the use of a device compatible with the 5G network and to Cablenet’s Fair Usage Policy.
- In addition, the Subscriber benefits from a free subscription to Foody's Foody Pro service for twelve (12) months. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that the Foody Pro service is provided by Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd ("Foody"), and Cablenet is not responsible for the terms of service nor for any changes made by Foody. By registering on the Foody website, the Subscriber accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of Foody (https://www.foody.com.cy/page/subscription_tos).
- The 5G service operates only when using 5G devices certified by Cablenet. The list of certified devices is available at https://cablenet.com.cy/en/5g-activation/.
- In cases where the device is not capable of connecting to Cablenet’s 5G network, or the Subscriber is in an area not covered by Cablenet’s 5G network, the device will automatically connect to another available network technology (e.g. 4G).
- To prevent network congestion and to protect the quality of services provided to customers, Cablenet applies a Fair Usage Policy.
- The provision of Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Service, the Special Terms of Service of Cablenet, and these Specialized Terms. In case of conflict between the General Terms, Special Terms, and these terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail.
- Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion. Possible and non-exclusive reasons for rejection may include lawful business reasons such as false or misleading information, a history of unpaid debts, or unavailability of the service.

- The codes are strictly personal, non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary. Cablenet reserves the right to refuse to provide a password in case of violation of the terms of use of its services.
- Cablenet keeps a record of subscribers who receive a unique code, as well as the date of its activation. In the event of termination of the subscription to the Cablenet Service within the twelve-month validity period of the code, Cablenet will inform Foody of the suspension of the use of the code by the specific subscriber.
- The data entered by the subscriber on the Foody website for the creation of an account are collected directly by Foody without any intervention or access by Cablenet to them.
- Therefore, Cablenet bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or any other issue related to the data entered by the subscriber on the Foody website.
Terms & Conditions – 5G Unlimited Max
- The Mobile 5G Unlimited Max Plan (the "Plan") is addressed to new and existing Subscribers ("Subscribers") and is valid exclusively for new connections to this Plan.
- The monthly subscription of the Plan is €25.00.
- The Plan is provided with a 24-month contract with the possibility of termination with 30 days' notice.
- With the Plan, the Subscriber can have at his disposal a connection to a 5G network, the maximum available speed, unlimited minutes, unlimited SMS, unlimited data within Cyprus or in International roaming within the European Union, without prejudice to the use of a device certified under Clause 6 and Cablenet's Fair Use Policy.
- In addition, the Subscriber benefits from:
- 200' minutes from Cyprus to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

- Subscribers can add the HBO Max Sports package for an additional fee of €3.00 per month.
- The HBO Max service is for private and personal use only. Public display is not permitted, including but not limited to use in business premises, non-residential buildings, or any place where a ticket, admission or similar fee is required.
- To activate the HBO Max service, the subscriber must complete the special activation steps described on Cablenet’s website. The subscriber must provide his/her full name and a valid email address to complete the registration and create HBO Max login details. Any information provided by the Subscriber to the HBO Max Service or Application; is obtained by Discovery Communications Benelux, which acts as an independent data controller and implements its own Privacy Policy. Please note that access to the HBO Max service is only available on compatible devices, as listed on the HBO Max | Xbox One.
