Sales & Customer Service Supervisor – Larnaca (CSSA5526)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily sales performance per store, identify commercial growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and report findings and recommendations to the Area Sales Supervisor
  • Coach, develop, and support team members through regular store visits, continuous feedback, and hands-on resolution of operational challenges
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, cash handling, stock control, cleanliness, and store processes
  • Track customer service indicators (NPS / CSAT), handle complaints and critical incidents with professionalism and empathy, and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience
  • Participate actively in team meetings, company initiatives, and collaborative activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or shop management and team leadership is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and empower a team to achieve targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, basic financial procedures, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in working hours and availability to support the operational requirements of the store.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Fluency in Greek is required, with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
