Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily sales performance per store, identify commercial growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and report findings and recommendations to the Area Sales Supervisor
- Coach, develop, and support team members through regular store visits, continuous feedback, and hands-on resolution of operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, cash handling, stock control, cleanliness, and store processes
- Track customer service indicators (NPS / CSAT), handle complaints and critical incidents with professionalism and empathy, and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience
- Participate actively in team meetings, company initiatives, and collaborative activities
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or shop management and team leadership is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales with strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and empower a team to achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling, basic financial procedures, and inventory management.
- Demonstrates flexibility in working hours and availability to support the operational requirements of the store.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Fluency in Greek is required, with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
