Cablenet, once again demonstrating its support for Cypriot sports, announces the launch of a sponsorship partnership with the Gymnastic Club “Ta Pancypria.” Cablenet will henceforth be the official sponsor of GSP Stadium for the next 3 years.

In this context, and in collaboration with the Gymnastic Club “Ta Pancypria,” a press conference was held on Thursday, September 29 at the stadium’s conference center, where the sponsorship partnership and the stadium’s new appearance—dressed in Cablenet’s colors—were presented.

On behalf of the Gymnastic Club “Ta Pancypria,” the General Secretary, Mr. Giorgos Mitsidis, spoke, emphasizing among other things that “Cablenet is an emerging company with a professional way of operating that aligns with the philosophy of GSP. It is also closely connected with sports, since some of its activities, through its channels, broadcast football as well as other sports, and classical athletics, which is of particular interest to us.”

Beyond the financial aspect, due to the nature of the sponsor’s activity, we expect the agreement to also help promote GSP as a club and as a sports center, as well as its athletes.”

From Cablenet’s side, the Head of the Sports Department, Andreas Paraskeva, spoke about the collaboration, emphasizing among other things that “120 years after the construction of the old GSP and 23 years after the construction of the new one, Cablenet and GSP Stadium are now charting a common course. The purple color, the trademark of our company, will now decorate the stadium’s facilities.

Cablenet will now be the Official Sponsor of GSP, and we are particularly proud to announce that this agreement will last 3 years and has come to life through a joint effort with benefits for both sides.”
