We’re looking for an Installation Technician — no prior experience necessary. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are enough. We take care of the training, the support, and an environment that helps you grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Installations, reconnections, and network upgrades (Fiber Optics & Coaxial cable) at our customers’ premises
- Resolving technical issues on-site — quickly and correctly
- Interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Signal quality control & service deliverables
- Keeping records up to date & maintaining a clean workspace (including the company vehicle)
What we are looking for:
- A valid manual driving license, clean criminal record, and high school diploma (required).
- Technical or mechanical background/ relevant qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle loads of up to 25 kg.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors, in the field, and at heights, as well as travel frequently.
- Ability to carry out work at height is an essential requirement of the role.
- Previous experience working at height and aerial platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or telecommunications systems.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, responsible approach.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Good knowledge of Greek and a good command of English.
