You’ll be the face of Cablenet at one of Cyprus’s most exciting destinations, welcoming guests from around the world and delivering a genuinely helpful, professional and premium experience in a high-profile international environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the trusted face of Cablenet at City of Dreams, welcoming a diverse mix of guests with professionalism and genuine care
- Present our products and services clearly, helping each client find the right fit for their needs
- Handle requests, account updates, payments, and follow-ups with accuracy and care
- Build strong client relationships through a people-first approach and exceptional service
- Support commercial targets through excellent client engagement and customer experience
- Share client feedback and on-the-ground insights to help us continuously improve the experience over time
You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:
- A comfortable, confident presence with guests and an ability to make people feel at ease
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- A people-first mindset, where building rapport comes naturally
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and hold yourself to a high standard
- Confidence with digital tools, systems and a sharp eye for detail
- Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian, Hebrew, or Arabic is a strong plus given the guest mix

Competitive annual salary: Annual salary of €19,600–€26,000, including a 13th salary.
- Uncapped sales commission: Earn €4,000+ per year on average, with our top performers earning €600+ in commission per month. The more you achieve, the more you earn.
