Under no circumstances is their use permitted for profit or for service resale. Interpersonal communication is defined as human-to-human communication via telephone or the manual sending of SMS messages. Consequently, unlimited use is prohibited for multiple or simultaneous calls, conference calls, call centre services, telemarketing or teleshopping, mass (bulk) messaging, application/system-to-human communication, continuous call forwarding, automatic redialling, machine-to-machine communication, or any other use deemed inappropriate. In instances where any of these terms are violated, Cablenet reserves the right, following prior notification to the Subscriber, to implement the actions specified in the Fair Usage Policy.

Yes, you can. However, international calls are not included in the 5G Unlimited plan and will be charged at standard rates. You can check the current rates here. If you frequently call European destinations, you have the following options:
- Add the EU Bundle 200 to your 5G Unlimited plan for €5/month. This can be activated by calling 130, visiting any Cablenet store, or submitting a request here.
- Upgrade to the 5G Unlimited Max plan, which already includes 500 international minutes to selected European destinations.

Absolutely! You can keep your existing number by following the number portability process. For more information and the required documents, you can:
- visit any Cablenet store,
- call our Customer Service Centre at 130, or

- Voice minutes do not include international calls, universal access services, or calls to premium numbers.
- SMS do not include messages to foreign networks or short code services.
The 5G Unlimited and 5G Unlimited Max are provided with a 12-month contract, with the freedom to terminate it with 30 days’ notice.

Terms & Conditions
- The 5G Unlimited mobile plan (the “Plan”) is available to new and existing subscribers and applies exclusively to new connections under this plan.
- The monthly subscription fee for the Plan is €15.00, including VAT.
- The Plan is offered with a 12-month contract, with the option to terminate it by providing 30 days’ notice.
- With the Plan, the Subscriber has access to the 5G network, the maximum available speed, unlimited call minutes, unlimited SMS, and unlimited data within Cyprus or while roaming within the European Union, subject to the use of a device compatible with the 5G network and to Cablenet’s Fair Usage Policy.
- The 5G service operates only when using 5G devices certified by Cablenet. The list of certified devices is available at https://cablenet.com.cy/en/5g-activation/.
- In cases where the device is not capable of connecting to Cablenet’s 5G network, or the Subscriber is in an area not covered by Cablenet’s 5G network, the device will automatically connect to another available network technology (e.g. 4G).
- To prevent network congestion and to protect the quality of services provided to customers, Cablenet applies a Fair Usage Policy.
- The provision of Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Service, the Special Terms of Service of Cablenet, and these Specialized Terms. In case of conflict between the General Terms, Special Terms, and these terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail.
- Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion. Possible and non-exclusive reasons for rejection may include lawful business reasons such as false or misleading information, a history of unpaid debts, or unavailability of the service.

- The offer "5G Unlimited Max free of charge for 3 months with a a 12-month contract" (the "Offer") is valid from 16 July 2026 until 30 September 2027 ("Offer Term") for new and existing Subscribers of Cablenet Communication Systems ("Cablenet") who proceed with a new subscription or upgrade to the 5G Unlimited Max Plan, with a 12-month contract.
- With the Offer, Subscribers benefit from a 100% discount on the monthly subscription fee of €25.00 for the first three (3) months out of the twelve (12) months of the Contract ("Term of the Contract") and €25.00 thereafter for the remaining Duration of the Contract. Upon expiration of the Contract, the monthly charge of the 5G Unlimited Max Plan applies based on the applicable Cablenet price list.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract, the Offer shall cease to be valid and shall be automatically discontinued.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber, for any reason whatsoever, the Subscriber must give Cablenet thirty (30) days' notice. Otherwise, the Subscriber shall be liable to pay an Administrative Termination Fee of €25.
- Any offer of Services in kind is valid solely for the period for which it is specifically offered and cannot be redeemed in cash or by credit or by discount on other Services or by exchange for other Services.
- The provision of the Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, the Special Terms of Service of Cablenet, the Specific Terms of the 5G Unlimited Max Plan and these Offer Terms. In the event of a contradiction between the General Terms, the Special Terms, the Specific Terms of the 5G Unlimited Max Plan and these Offer Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
- Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion. Possible and non-exclusive reasons for rejection can be: legitimate business reasons, such as false or misleading information, a history of outstanding debts, or unavailability of the service.

- The Mobile 5G Unlimited Max Plan (the "Plan") is addressed to new and existing Subscribers ("Subscribers") and is valid exclusively for new connections to this Plan.
- The monthly subscription of the Plan is €25.00.

- With the Plan, the Subscriber can have at his disposal a connection to a 5G network, the maximum available speed, unlimited minutes, unlimited SMS, unlimited data within Cyprus, and unlimited call minutes, unlimited SMS, and up to 65GB of data while roaming within the European Union, subject to the use of a device certified under Clause 7 and to Cablenet's Fair Usage Policy.
- In addition, the Subscriber benefits from:
- 500' minutes from Cyprus to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
- A 10% discount on devices and accessories, in accordance with Clause 9 below.
- The 5G service works only with the use of 5G devices that are certified by Cablenet. The list of certified devices is posted at the link https://cablenet.com.cy/5g-activation/.
- In case the device cannot connect to the Cablenet 5G network or the Subscriber is located in a location not covered by the Cablenet 5G network, the device will automatically connect to the available network with other available technologies (e.g. 4G).
- To avoid network congestion and to protect the quality of the services provided to subscribers, Cablenet applies a Fair Use Policy.
- Subscribers who hold an active 5G Unlimited Max Plan are eligible for a 10% discount on the full retail price of devices and accessories (including, without limitation, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and accessories) sold by Cablenet, subject to the following conditions:
- The discount applies exclusively to the individual registered as the Subscriber on an active 5G Unlimited Max Plan. At the time of redemption, Cablenet store staff will request valid government-issued identification and confirm, via Cablenet's customer records, that the individual presenting the identification is the registered Subscriber of an active 5G Unlimited Max Plan.
- Payment must be made in full, upfront, at the time of purchase. The discount is not available in conjunction with device financing or installment plans.
- Redemption is available exclusively in person at a Cablenet physical store, and is not available by telephone, online, or through any remote sales channel.
- Purchases must be completed using stock physically available at the store visited at the time of purchase. Certain devices and accessories may be stocked at a limited number of Cablenet stores. Subscribers wishing to redeem the discount on such items must visit a store where the relevant stock is available.
- The range of devices and accessories eligible for the discount is determined by Cablenet at its discretion and may be added to, removed, or otherwise amended from time to time without prior notice.
- The discount is subject to product availability at the time of purchase and may be withdrawn or amended by Cablenet at its discretion.
