Announcement: Discontinuation of Sense and Ad-Blocking Features on the Plume Platform
Cablenet informs its Subscribers that, as part of changes to the features available on the Plume platform, the Sense feature, which relates to motion detection through WiFi, and the Ad-Blocking feature will be discontinued as of Saturday, 31 October 2026.
The discontinuation of these features will not affect the other functionalities of the Plume platform, including WiFi performance, security and parental controls.
Should any Subscriber wish to terminate the Plume Service due to this change, they are entitled to do so without any charge within one month from the date of this notification.
