Junior Applications Specialist (ISP7SJ)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Applications Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, business applications, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, automation tools, and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and improve business applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with business users, developers, and internal teams to gather requirements, support application improvements, and ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Assist in designing and implementing application improvements, new functionalities, and system integrations
  • Maintain process flow, configuration, and user documentation
  • Ensure application environments remain stable, accurate, and aligned with business, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated and manual testing processes for Web, Mobile, and API-based applications, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Power Automate workflows to optimize and automate business processes
  • Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and manage support requests promptly
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to resolve application-related issues and support system upgrades and enhancements
  • Prepare clear documentation and deliver user guidance and training where needed
  • Collaborate with other IT functions to support the implementation and maintenance of the required IT infrastructure
  • Stay up to date with vendor releases, new technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve business applications and technical knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when required
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of business applications, databases, automation tools, or software testing will be considered an advantage
