What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming calls from existing and prospective customers, delivering high-quality customer support.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, or escalate them to the appropriate specialist teams when needed.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring we can support our customers whenever they need us.
You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A Higher Education or University degree in a relevant field is a plus, not a requirement.
- Any experience in telecommunications is helpful, but not essential—we care more about your potential.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to stay calm, think clearly, and support others effectively.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within a team.
- Curiosity, energy, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English
