Turn plans into progress.
You’re someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You know how to connect people, keep conversations moving, spot what needs attention and make sure the details don’t become roadblocks.
In this role, you’ll help turn infrastructure plans into real-world delivery. Working with internal teams, external partners and technical specialists, you’ll coordinate the many pieces that need to come together – from approvals and permits to technical queries, milestones and deadlines.
What you will do:
- Own the request. Manage underground cable connection requests from initial intake through to project close-out, keeping track of requirements, actions, approvals, timelines and next steps to ensure projects progress towards delivery.
- Assess feasibility. Review GIS information and coordinate with the Access Network team to assess proposed routes, understand technical requirements and determine the appropriate scope of civil work needed.
- Commission the site survey. Work with Field Operations to confirm route feasibility on the ground, gather site-specific information on civil works requirements, access conditions and any constraints that affect delivery timelines or cost.
- Turn requirements into a plan. Prepare project work files and supporting documentation for study and approval, incorporating site survey findings and technical requirements from the Access Network team.
- Keep costs and timelines clear. Prepare project cost estimates and delivery timeframes to support cost/benefit approval and communicate expected costs and delivery timelines to the requesting parties.
- Get the approvals. Prepare, submit and track permits and Right-of-Way applications required for civil works and fiber pull operations. Liaise with competent authorities, respond to queries and follow up on applications to keep projects progressing within required timelines.
- Coordinate access. Manage co-location and third-party infrastructure access requests, coordinating with external providers to progress access approvals efficiently and in line with project timelines.
- Support delivery. Coordinate with Field Operations on civil works and fibre pull activities, monitoring progress and flagging changes, delays or issues to the relevant teams.
- Keep the records right. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, case information, permits, technical documentation, costs and project updates in the relevant corporate systems.
- Know where things stand. Prepare regular status updates on active projects and contribute to departmental reporting, highlighting progress, delays, outstanding approvals and issues requiring attention.
- Close the loop. Coordinate project close-out by receiving and processing as-built documentation, updating internal records, notifying relevant stakeholders and handing completed projects over to Infrastructure Planning for spatial record updates.
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or 2–3 years of relevant professional experience. We value practical skills, relevant expertise, and the aptitude to succeed in the role, regardless of your educational background.
- Some experience in permitting, infrastructure delivery, project coordination, utilities, or a similar environment. Recent graduates with relevant internship or placement experience are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with document management and project tracking tools. Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce or GIS tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to follow up with internal teams, authorities, contractors, and third parties to keep projects moving.
- A practical and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to understand technical information, identify issues, and work with others to resolve them.
- The ability to take ownership of your projects, keep accurate records, and see tasks through from initial request to completion.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
