How to become a Cablenet Prepaid subscriber
You can transfer your existing number or get a new one.
If you would like a new number, you can get a connection package at any Cablenet store or kiosk.
The package costs €2 and includes €1 free credit.
If you would like to transfer your existing number, you can do so easily and quickly
at any Cablenet store or online, by filling out the following form.
How to activate my number
To activate your prepaid number, you must first complete the Prepaid Identification Process by registering the SIM card and your identification details with Cablenet. This ensures that your service is legally compliant and ready for use.
If you are purchasing a prepaid SIM card for someone else, please follow the guidelines below:
– For a minor (e.g. a child): Both the parent’s (owner’s) and the child’s (user’s) identification details can only be registered at a Cablenet Store.
– For another adult: Both your (owner’s) and the user’s identification details must be registered at a Cablenet Store, along with the user’s written authorization form, available at any Cablenet Store.
If you are a non-EU citizen without a passport, you must visit a Cablenet Store for the identification process by presenting your pink slip or another valid proof of residency document in order to activate your number.
Prepaid Number Identification is mandatory. In accordance with the law, all prepaid numbers must be registered; otherwise, the service cannot be activated or used.
