Terms and Conditions – 5G Unlimited with Device Eligibility

  1. The 5G Unlimited Plan Device Eligible plan (the “Plan”) is available to new and existing subscribers and applies exclusively to new connections under this plan.
  2. The monthly subscription fee for the Plan is €25.00, including VAT.
  3. The Plan is offered with a 24-month contract, with the option to terminate it by providing 30 days’ notice.
  4. With the Plan, the Subscriber has access to the 5G network, the maximum available speed, unlimited call minutes, unlimited SMS, and unlimited data within Cyprus or while roaming within the European Union, subject to the use of a device compatible with the 5G network and to Cablenet’s Fair Usage Policy.
  5. Additionally, the Subscriber has 200 minutes of talk time available from Cyprus to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
  6. The 5G service operates only when using 5G devices certified by Cablenet. The list of certified devices is available here.
  7. In cases where the device is not capable of connecting to Cablenet’s 5G network, or the Subscriber is in an area not covered by Cablenet’s 5G network, the device will automatically connect to another available network technology (e.g. 4G).
  8. To prevent network congestion and to protect the quality of services provided to customers, Cablenet applies a Fair Usage Policy.
  9. The provision of Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Service, the Special Terms of Service of Cablenet, and these Specialized Terms. In case of conflict between the General Terms, Special Terms, and these terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail.
  10. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion. Possible and non-exclusive reasons for rejection may include lawful business reasons such as false or misleading information, a history of unpaid debts, or unavailability of the service.
  11. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
