Terms and Conditions – Purple TV – HBO Max Edition

  1. The Purple TV HBO Max Edition add-on plan includes the Purple TV service and access to the HBO Max Standard plan as a separate service, which is made available by Cablenet-to-Cablenet Subscribers (the “Subscribers”).  
  2. The Purple TV HBO Max Edition product is available to all new and existing subscribers with any internet service from Cablenet. 
  3. The Purple TV HBO Max Edition add-on plan is made available with any commercially available Cablenet primary internet products. 
  4. The HBO Max Standard plan service includes the ability to stream on any 2 devices at once, the ability to view 30 different titles (movies or episodes) for offline viewing during a rolling 30-day period, and access to Full HD video resolution.   
  5. Subscribers can upgrade their HBO Max Standard plan to the HBO Max Premium plan with an additional €4.00 fee per month. 
  6. The HBO Premium plan service includes the ability to stream on any 4 devices at once, the ability to view 100 different titles (movies or episodes) for offline viewing during a rolling 30-day period, and access to 4K UHD and Dolby Atoms video resolution as available.   
  7. Subscribers can add-on the HBO Max Sports plan with an additional €3.00 fee per month. 
  8. The HBO Max service is intended for private, personal use only. It is not permitted for public viewing, including -but not limited to- use in a commercial establishment or non-residential buildings or any location where an admission fee, cover charge or similar fee is charged 
  9. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion, provided that the rejection is based on legitimate business reasons including but not limited to materially false or misleading information, a history of outstanding debt with us, service unavailability 
  10. In order to activate the HBO Max service, the subscriber will be required to complete the specific HBO Max service activation steps described on the Cablenet website. The subscriber will be required to provide his/her full name and a valid email address to complete the HBO Max registration process for the creation of a valid set of HBO Max login credentials. Any information provided by the Subscriber to the HBO Max Service or App, is received by Discovery Communications Benelux who acts as an independent data controller, and its own privacy policy applies. Please note that access to the HBO Max service is only available on compatible devices as listed on HBO Max | Find out which devices you can stream HBO Max on: phones, tablets, computers, TVs, streaming players, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles. 
  11. Subscription to HBO Service is provided on a monthly basis. In the event that the subscriber terminates the product, before the expiration of the then current month, the subscriber will continue to enjoy the HBO Max service until the end of that calendar month.   
  12. Cablenet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the product, including the product price, in accordance with applicable law.  
  13. To activate and make HBO Max service available to you, Cablenet may be required to share your identifiable information with Discovery Communications Benelux, only to the extend necessary to provide to you the HBO Max Service.   14. The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that the HBO Max Service, as a separate service, is provided by Discovery Communications Benelux B.V.  and Cablenet is not responsible for the service terms nor for any changes made by Discovery Communications Benelux B.V.  By registering on the HBO Max platform, the subscriber agrees to the HBO Max Terms Of Use and the HBO Max Privacy Policy.
