Terms & Conditions – Cyprus Football Bundle 1G

  1. The offer is valid for new subscriptions with a 24-month Contract on the All Sports Bundle 1G, which includes the Purple Max Internet 1G service, Cyprus Football and International Sports. 
  2. The monthly subscription for the All Sports Bundle 1G will be €62.00 for 24 months. Following the expiration of the 24-month period, the monthly subscription of the services will be charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time.  
  3. This is a combined bundle consisting of both Internet and Sports services. The components of the bundle are not offered separately. The services are bound together and cannot be individually activated or terminated. 
  4. The prices of any additional Cablenet services (e.g., mobile, TV add-ons) are charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time and/or any other applicable offers or discounts that may be combined with this offer. 
  5. All prices include VAT. 
  6. In the event of early termination of the Contract, the offer will cease to be in effect and will be amended, replaced, or terminated immediately and automatically, as applicable, according to the circumstances, as an ancillary Contract. 
  7. In the event of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber for any reason, he/she will be required to pay to the Company: Any amounts due and payable for Services already provided, the respective fees outlined in the Early Termination Fee Table, and an additional Administrative Termination Fee as defined in the Company’s pricelist. 
  8. The provision of Services is governed by Cablenet’s General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, the Special Conditions for the Provision of Services and the current Special Conditions of this offer. 
  9. Any promotion or offer of services in kind is valid exclusively for the period for which it is specifically offered and cannot be redeemed in cash or credit or as a discount on other Services or in exchange for other Services. 
  10. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion.
