What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear information and helpful support
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services
  • Resolve customer issues or ensure they are directed to the right specialist team
  • Deliver a positive, professional experience in every interaction
  • Work with your team to achieve shared performance and service goals

You Will Succeed in This Role If You Have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A customer-first mindset with a commercial approach
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and perform in a target-driven environment
  • Confidence using digital tools and systems
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English
