We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Marketing & Communications team at Cablenet and take ownership of our organic digital presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the organic social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, ensuring consistent, on-brand publishing at the right cadence.
  • Plan and schedule social media content in advance, coordinating with internal teams to align with campaigns, product launches and key dates.
  • Brief the Social Media & Content Officer, graphic designers and motion graphic artists on content and creative asset requirements, providing clear direction on messaging, tone, format, timing and campaign objectives.
  • Write, review and approve copy for social media, push notifications and other digital communications, acting as the final quality checkpoint before publication.
  • Monitor social media channels, community engagement and platform trends to ensure timely, relevant and engaging content.
  • Analyse organic social media performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing owner of the Cablenet loyalty app, managing content updates, banners, push notifications and in-app communications.
  • Coordinate with Product, Digital and Marketing Communications teams on app updates, new features and campaigns, ensuring marketing objectives are represented.
  • Plan and execute app-based campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor app performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices, bringing relevant recommendations to the team.
  • Prepare and present regular social media and loyalty app performance reports to the Marketing & Communications Lead.

You Will Succeed in This Role If:

You’re a self-starter who brings structure to creativity. You’re great at briefing others, comfortable producing copy yourself, and you understand that great digital marketing is as much about timing and coordination as it is about ideas. To succeed in this role, you’ll also bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on experience in social media management and content planning.
  • Proven experience owning and managing social media content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer or similar).
  • Experience briefing creative teams — designers, videographers or content producers — with clear, actionable briefs.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across platforms and audiences.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a branded app or digital product is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and a comfort with data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills — you can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders without losing momentum.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
