We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join our Network Engineering team in Nicosia and start building the expertise that can take your career wherever technology takes you.
You will work alongside experienced network engineers, get hands-on with critical network infrastructure, investigate real incidents, support live services and learn how a modern ISP network operates from the inside.

What you will do:
You’ll play an active role in operating, maintaining and improving our network infrastructure, including:
- Support and configure core network infrastructure – gaining hands-on experience with critical network equipment and systems.
- Monitor network health and performance – identify issues early and help keep services stable, reliable and available.
- Troubleshoot network incidents – investigate problems, identify root causes and work with the wider engineering team to restore services quickly.
- Support network operations teams – provide technical assistance to Level 1 and NOC teams and help resolve escalated issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance – execute planned operational activities safely and accurately, following established procedures.
- Work with network applications and operating systems – support the platforms and systems that enable our network services.
- Document what we learn – contribute to clear technical documentation, procedures and operational knowledge.
- Be part of the on-call team – participate in a rotating standby roster and help support the network when it matters most.
You need these qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications & Networks.
- You have at least 2 years of industry experience in enterprise or ISP networks.
- Your networking fundamentals are solid: you could explain, layer by layer, what happens when someone opens a web page.
- You communicate fluently in Greek and English.
It would be nice if…
- You’ve worked hands-on with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols such as BGP, OSPF, LACP, VRRP and VRFs.
- You’ve come across access technologies like FTTx or DOCSIS, or the systems behind them (DHCP, RADIUS, BRAS).
- You hold a CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar certification, or you’re working towards one.
- You’re comfortable with Linux and virtualised platforms.
- You have a home lab, a Raspberry Pi project or a router you configured “just to see what happens”.
