In accordance with its Subscriber contracts, Cablenet informs that, as of 1^st February 2023:

1. There will be an increase of up to 15% in Fixed Telephony charges towards certain international destinations. The complete list of detailed Fixed Telephony charges to international destinations is available at https://cablenet.com.cy/en/rates/
2. The monthly cost of a printed, mailed invoice will increase from €1.50 to €2.00. We kindly remind you that there is no charge for emailed invoices. If a Subscriber wishes to stop the post mailing of paper invoices due to this change, they can do so by 31^st January 2023 at no extra charge.
3. As of 1^st February 2023, the monthly cost of the fiberpower® 100M internet service will increase from €29.90 to €30.90. Please note that in instances where the fiberpower® 100M internet service has been offered to the Subscriber at a discounted price, with or without other services combined, the price will be adjusted accordingly with the respective percentage discount for a maximum increase of up to €1.00.

If a Subscriber wishes to terminate the fiberpower® 100M internet service due to this change, they can do so by 31^st January 2023 at no extra charge. For further information, kindly contact the Customer Call Center on 130.
