Notes:
  1. If the existing service you want to transfer is not commercially available, you must choose of the commercially available services.
  2. In cases where the existing equipment is not returned, either to the Installer during installation of the new service or at a Cablenet store, it may be billed
  3. Upon receipt of the new equipment, the Equipment Receipt Document form must be signed.
  4. Upon completion of the form, a Cablenet representative will contact you within 3 business days.
  5. Installation of the new service will be completed within 30 business days.
  6. A Cablenet representative will contact you if there is no network coverage at your new address. If there is no network coverage at your new address, the existing subscription will be terminated and all outstanding amounts must be paid in full.

A Customer Service Agent will contact you to verify the changes you have requested. The changes requested will be implemented within 3 working days. In the case that a decoder is needed a Customer Service Agent will contact you for future details.
