Digital Marketing Executive (CM7DM)

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketeer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will drive our company’s online presence, manage social media platforms, oversee the company website, and implement innovative programmatic advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engage with the community, and improve performance based on data insights.
  • Create and schedule content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Engage with people on social media by responding to comments and messages to build a stronger online community.
  • Analyze social media and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with the company’s branding.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive visitors to the website and encourage them to take actions like signing up or buying something.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic rankings.
  • Create engaging digital content, including blogs, visuals, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and motion graphic artists to develop high-quality assets for campaigns.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies to keep the company competitive.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular reports to the Marketing Manager, helping to refine strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
  • Creative and innovative mindset for campaign development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities, comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
