Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Development Systems Executive based in Nicosia. This role is pivotal in configuring, validating, and managing offers, services, promotions, and contracts within the company’s systems. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate implementation and production readiness of these elements across various staging and production platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee offer provisioning and support service launches to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage and standardize the Offers Template for services, promotions, and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely entry into systems such as the Charging System, Billing System, and Product Catalog.
- Define business rules and compatibility criteria to support product configuration and provisioning
- Create metadata, profiles, and equipment codes within the Product Catalog to support service customization and hardware tracking.
- Conduct thorough product configuration tests, including validating user interactions and service setups online and self-care portals.
- Verify invoices to ensure correct billing, discounts, and alignment with configured services and promotions.
- Launch changes to the online and self-care portals, ensuring services are available for customers to purchase.
- Oversee the transition of offers, services, and promotions into production environments for the Charging System, Billing System and the Product Catalog.
- Update the CyCompare website with any Product changes when necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to support new product and promotion launches
- Provide updates to the PMO on product changes and launches
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required
- Strong computer literacy with a solid understanding of systems and software
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in configurations, billing, and system updates
- Familiarity with aspects of computer science, such as basic programming or system configurations, is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally with different teams
