Join our dynamic team as an HR Executive, where you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, boosting employee engagement, and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates across various organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with department managers to assess workforce planning needs, define role requirements, and craft precise and compelling job descriptions.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and proactively implement innovative sourcing strategies when expected CV volumes or candidate quality do not meet hiring needs.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including digital platforms, professional networks, and employer branding initiatives to maximize candidate outreach.
  •  Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, competency-based interviews with Heads of Departments, and compile recruitment recommendations to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Extend employment offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding process ensuring employment contracts are accurately prepared and compliant with regulations.
  •  Design, plan, and execute corporate events, wellness programs, and professional development initiatives to foster employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and implement engagement strategies, to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain a structured training database and organize relevant sessions, ensuring a continuous professional development across the workforce.
  • Manage applications related to training and employment grants, optimizing opportunities for workforce development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR and employment legislation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries about onboarding, benefits, and company policies.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented and updated to comply with local employment laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews, compile feedback reports, and generate insights to drive continuous improvements in employee experience and retention.
  • Actively contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification or equivalent certification will be considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
