Cablenet informs, as its obligation according to 256/2018, that, as of March 1st , 2025, new charges will apply for calls to Primetel’s Directory Enquiry Service (11800). The new charges for calls from Cablenet’s fixed and mobile telephone lines increases to €1.10 per call and €0.11 per 15 seconds (incl. VAT). If any subscriber wishes to terminate the service due to this specific change, they have the right to do so at no cost until February 28th, 2025.
