1. The offer is valid for new subscriptions with a 24-month contract on the Purple Max Mobile plan and requires the simultaneous activation of two (2) subscriptions.
2. The offer is valid until the 28^th of February 2025.
3. All prices include VAT.
4. In instances of early termination of the Contract, the offer ceases to be valid and is immediately and automatically modified, replaced or, where applicable, terminated as an ancillary Contract.
5. In instances of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber for any reason whatsoever, the Subscriber is obliged to give a 30-day notice to Cablenet. Otherwise, the Subscriber is obliged to pay an Administrative Termination Fee of €25.
6. The provision of Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, the Special Terms for the Provision of Cablenet Services and these Specific Terms.
7. Any provision of Services in kind is valid exclusively for the period for which it is specifically offered and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or discount for other Services or other Services.
8. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

1. Organizer: The company Cablenet Communication Systems PLC (Cablenet), with its registered office at Agiou Nikolaou, 41-49, Nimeli Court Block A, 2nd Floor, Engomi, 2408 Nicosia, Cyprus, is the organizer of the competition.
2. Duration of the Competition: The competition will take place from Monday, January 20, 2025, until Friday, February 28, 2025.
3. Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, as defined by the Aliens and Immigration Law, Cap. 105. Exclusions: Cablenet employees, their first-degree relatives, in-laws, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing the competition are excluded from participation.
4. How to Participate: Interested participants can enter the competition by completing the relevant entry form on the website www.cablenet.com.cy. Ways to Enter the Draw:

5. Prizes and Description: 10 Winners will receive
   • Each winner will receive one of the 10 “WIZZ All You Can Fly” packages.

Note: The terms of use for the packages are provided by Wizz Air and are applicable in addition to the competition’s terms

6. Draw and Winner Selection: The winners will be selected via a random electronic draw. A total of 10 winners will be selected. The draw will take place on Friday, March 7, 2025.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the phone or email provided during their participation.
   • Winners must accept the prize within 3 working days. If a winner cannot be contacted within this timeframe, Cablenet reserves the right to conduct a new draw.
8. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered at Cablenet Headquarters in Nicosia, on a date agreed upon with the winners.

Additional Terms: Winners are required to accept Wizz Air’s terms of use for the “All You Can Fly” tickets.

9. Limitations and Liability: Cablenet bears no criminal or civil liability towards any winner after the draw and prize delivery, including for:
   • Inability to travel due to lack of valid travel documents.
   • Any loss, damage, accident, or personal or material injury caused during the trip or related to the prize, or for any other reason.
10.     • Cablenet reserves the right, for promotional purposes, to publish their name and photo on its website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and in the media.
12. Prize Characteristics and Exchange:
    • • The prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other gift.
      • Prize characteristics cannot be altered.
13. Modification of Terms: Cablenet reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or extend the competition (including the end date, participation dates, or draw date) at its absolute discretion and to modify these terms and conditions of participation. Any amendments will be binding on all participants, and Cablenet assumes no liability for such changes. In the event of revocation, cancellation, or modification, Cablenet will inform the public via an announcement on its website.
14. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the competition, participants fully accept these terms and conditions.
