Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer "Purple Max Internet 1G free for 12 months with 24-month commitment + 6 months free Foody Pro" (the "Offer") is valid from November 22, 2024, until March 31, 2025 ("Offer Duration"), for new subscriptions with a 24-month Contract for the Purple Max Internet 1G service from Cablenet Communication Systems ("Cablenet").
  2. The Offer can be applied for one connection for each postal code address, and each subscriber can take advantage of the offer up to two times.
  3. With the Offer, Subscribers benefit either with:
    1.  A. 100% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the Purple Max Internet 1G Service for the first twelve (12) months of the twenty-four (24) months of the Contract Duration ("Contract Duration") and, subsequently, the reduced price of €30 for the remaining Duration of the Contract, provided that the Subscriber combines an additional subscription plan in at least one of the following Cablenet services: Cablenet Mobile (Purple Max Mobile, Data King Plan) and/or TV package and/or sports content package, with a twenty-four (24) month commitment and maintains the additional plan throughout the Contract Duration, or
    2. B. 100% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the Purple Max Internet 1G Service for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract Duration and, subsequently, the reduced price of €40 for the remaining Duration of the Contract.
    3. Additionally, no charge for installation.
    4. Free subscription to Foody's FoodyPro service for six (6) months. For information about the FoodyPro service and its general & specific terms and conditions, please refer to Foody's website (https://www.foody.com.cy/page/foody_subscription).
  4. The Offer is valid only in areas covered by Cablenet's proprietary network. For availability checks, you can inquire at a Cablenet store or by calling 130.
  5. All prices include VAT.
  6. After the expiration of the Contract Duration, the corresponding monthly subscription charges as published in the current price list on Cablenet's website apply.
  7. In case of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber, for any reason, before the twenty-four (24) month period, the Offer ceases to be valid, and the Subscriber is obliged to pay Cablenet the installation fee and the Administrative Termination Fee according to the Company's Price List.
  8. In case of a plan change, installation address change, temporary disconnection, or ownership transfer, the Offer ceases to be valid, and the Subscriber is obliged to pay Cablenet the installation fee and the Administrative Termination Fee according to the Company's Price List.
  9. Any offer of Services in kind is valid exclusively for the period specifically offered and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, discount on other Services, or exchange for other Services.
  10. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its absolute discretion.
  11. Cablenet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer, including the Offer Duration, at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law. The modified terms and conditions will be posted on Cablenet's website.
  12. The provision of Services is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Service Provision ("GTC"), the Special Terms of Service Provision of Cablenet ("STC"), and these Specialized Terms. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between the GTC, STC, or these Specialized Terms, these Specialized Terms shall prevail.
  13. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

  15. Foody Pro Service Availability
    1. The FoodyPro service will be available to the above-mentioned beneficiaries in the following ways, as applicable. Codes will be provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process for one of Cablenet's services as mentioned in article 1.2 (hereinafter the "Service") either:
    2. As new subscribers to a Cablenet Service, or
    3. By adding a new Service to their existing Cablenet account
    4. The FoodyPro service will be provided using the offer code method. Codes are provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process or add a Service to Cablenet.
      1. Codes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the beneficiary. Cablenet reserves the right to refuse the awarding of a code in cases of violation of its Services' terms of use.
  16. Cablenet maintains a record of subscribers receiving a unique code, as well as its activation date. In case of cancellation (termination) of the Cablenet Service subscription within the six-month validity period of the code, Cablenet will inform Foody to suspend the use of the code by that specific subscriber..
    1. The data submitted by the subscriber on the Foody website for creating an account with Foody is collected directly by Foody without any intervention or access to this data by Cablenet.
    2. As a result, Cablenet will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other issues concerning the data submitted by the subscriber on Foody's website.
  17. Restrictions
    1. The Offer is not valid for corporate customers.
  18. Offer Acquisition Points
    1. Interested parties can acquire the Offer through:
      1. Any Cablenet retail store
      2. Customer service call center (130)
  19. Termination
    1. In case of early termination of the Contract, the Offer ceases to be valid and is automatically terminated, and the free subscription to the Foody Pro service ends regardless of its activation date.

    1. Cablenet Communication Systems PLC ("Cablenet") in collaboration with Delivery Hero, Cyprus ("Foody") offers the "Become a Cablenet subscriber, get 3 months free on Cablenet services & 6 months free Foody Pro" offer (the "Offer"). The Offer is addressed to subscribers who will choose a new connection to Cablenet Purple Max Mobile €17/month or Mobile Data King €12/month plan or Cyprus Football TV package (requires Cablenet internet service) with a 12-month contract commitment ("Contract Duration").
    2. Subscribers who receive the offer will benefit from:
      1. Reduced price on the monthly fee of their chosen plan (for Purple Max Mobile and Mobile Data King packages)
      2. Free subscription for the first 3 months to their chosen service (Purple Max Mobile, Mobile Data King, Cyprus Football)
      3. Free subscription to Foody's FoodyPro service for six (6) months

    4. Cablenet reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
    5. The provision of Cablenet package Services is governed by Cablenet's General Terms and Conditions of Service Provision ("General Terms"), Cablenet's Special Terms of Service Provision ("Special Terms"), and these Specific Terms. In case of conflict between the General Terms, Special Terms, and these terms, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.

    1. The Offer is valid from November 22, 2024, until March 31, 2025, or until 5000 subscribers register for the Offer, whichever comes first.
    2. The FoodyPro service offer cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, discount on other Services, or exchanged for other Services.
    3. Cablenet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend and/or reduce the Duration of the Offer
  3. Foody Pro Service Availability
    1. The FoodyPro service will be available to the above-mentioned beneficiaries in the following ways, as applicable. Codes will be provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process for one of Cablenet's services as mentioned in article 1.2 (hereinafter the "Service") either:
      1. As new subscribers to a Cablenet Service, or
      2. By adding a new Service to their existing Cablenet account
    2. The FoodyPro service will be provided using the offer code method.
      1. Codes are provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process or add a Service to Cablenet.

    3. Subscribers who choose Cyprus Football TV package benefit from free subscription to FoodyPro service for 6 months and 3 months free of Cyprus Football service.
