IT Support Officer (NCI71124)

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and highly skilled IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Nicosia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding telecom environment and collaborate closely with experienced professionals to deliver innovative support and technical solutions that ensure our users receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and maintain the enterprise Active Directory architecture
  • Perform analysis and provide recommendations regarding technical, systems, and process solution architectures
  • Monitor and report on the reliability and security of the domain
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and monitor Enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and endpoint security solutions
  • Administer and manage user and group domain accounts, including VPN and unified communications/collaboration accounts
  • Oversee the employee onboarding process, including account creation and equipment preparation
  • Participate in Enterprise IT projects aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Identify areas needing technical enhancements and implement effective solutions
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolve computer issues, install software and operating systems, and offer user training
  • Support end-user workstations, laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners, phones), and network devices
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and address technical problems
  • Coordinate and conduct routine PC maintenance and perform audits of Enterprise IT equipment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
  • Knowledge and Experience of Domain Controller operation and functionalities
  • Microsoft trainings and certifications will be considered an advantage
  • Basic IP networking skills, Cisco certifications will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD
  • Experience in centralized physical access control systems will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in VoIP systems will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to think critically, excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills
  • Capability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
