Retail Shop Supervisor (ESORL1224)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual to take on the position of Retail Shop Supervisor on a full-time basis in Limassol. If you are passionate about customer service, staff development, and achieving sales goals, then this position is for you! Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt and high-quality customer service across all communication channels provided by the company
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the store in compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Support and mentor the team, fostering skill development and encouraging professional growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while consistently monitoring the store’s sales performance
  • Identify new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and effectively convert these opportunities into sales
  • Evaluate processes and implement corrective actions when necessary to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Foster a professional and welcoming image of the store, ensuring the team adheres to appropriate standards of appearance and conduct
  • Manage daily cash register operations, reconcile receipts, and prepare deposits accurately and on time
  • Ensure the store is well-organized, and clean, and maintains a positive environment for both customers and colleagues
 Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
  • Experience in shop management or a related position will be considered an additional qualification
  • Strong use of both Greek and English, both spoken and written
  • Computer skills and good handling of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent sales techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support and empower the team
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of basic cash management and inventory principles
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to meet the shop’s needs
