We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual to take on the position of Retail Shop Supervisor on a full-time basis in Limassol. Responsibilities:- Ensure prompt and high-quality customer service across all communication channels provided by the company
- Oversee the smooth operation of the store in compliance with company procedures and policies
- Support and mentor the team, fostering skill development and encouraging professional growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while consistently monitoring the store’s sales performance
- Identify new sales opportunities, assess customer needs, and effectively convert these opportunities into sales
- Evaluate processes and implement corrective actions when necessary to optimize efficiency and performance
- Address and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Foster a professional and welcoming image of the store, ensuring the team adheres to appropriate standards of appearance and conduct
- Manage daily cash register operations, reconcile receipts, and prepare deposits accurately and on time
- Ensure the store is well-organized, and clean, and maintains a positive environment for both customers and colleagues
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
- Experience in shop management or a related position will be considered an additional qualification
- Strong use of both Greek and English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills and good handling of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of basic cash management and inventory principles
