We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business customer base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new business customers, driving market share growth and penetrating competitive or underserved markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive account retention and growth by upselling and cross-selling tailored telecom solutions
- Manage renewals to minimize churn and sustain revenue growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to uncover growth opportunities and maintain expertise in our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and present customized telecom solutions that address client needs and highlight competitive advantages
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with growth objectives, tracking and adapting strategies based on sales performance
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure favorable agreements
- Work directly with prospects and partners from the channel partner program to drive business opportunities
- Ensure quick issue resolution and service excellence by working with relevant teams
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance offerings
- University/College degree in Sales, Business, or any other related qualification
- At least 5 years of prior experience in Sales
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- IT literate
- Very good command of both English and Greek language
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- An active person with communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Analytical skills
- Available to travel inland as required for the performance of the above duties
