We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our business customer base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new business customers, driving market share growth and penetrating competitive or underserved markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive account retention and growth by upselling and cross-selling tailored telecom solutions
  • Manage renewals to minimize churn and sustain revenue growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to uncover growth opportunities and maintain expertise in our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and present customized telecom solutions that address client needs and highlight competitive advantages
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with growth objectives, tracking and adapting strategies based on sales performance
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and lead contract negotiations to secure favorable agreements
  • Work directly with prospects and partners from the channel partner program to drive business opportunities
  • Ensure quick issue resolution and service excellence by working with relevant teams
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance offerings
Qualifications:
  • University/College degree in Sales, Business, or any other related qualification
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in Sales
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • IT literate
  • Very good command of both English and Greek language
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • An active person with communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Analytical skills
  • Available to travel inland as required for the performance of the above duties
