Cablenet will begin a phased migration of customers to the new TV services systems, which will last from January to April.
During this migration, the electronic program guide (EPG), Replay TV (Catch-up) and On Demand services on Arion and Intek STB decoders may be affected. In this case, customers are advised to restart the Arion or Intek STB decoders either via the menu option (MENU>Configuration>System Settings>Restart Device) or via the switch ON / OFF on the corresponding socket to which the decoder is connected.
