Terms & Conditions – All Sports Bundle 1G
- The offer is valid for new subscriptions with a 24-month Contract on the All Sports Bundle 1G, which includes the Purple Max Internet 1G service, Cyprus Football and International Sports.
- The monthly subscription for the All Sports Bundle 1G will be €62.00 for 24 months. Following the expiration of the 24-month period, the monthly subscription of the services will be charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time.
- This is a combined bundle consisting of both Internet and Sports services. The components of the bundle are not offered separately. The services are bound together and cannot be individually activated or terminated.
- The prices of any additional Cablenet services (e.g., mobile, TV add-ons) are charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time and/or any other applicable offers or discounts that may be combined with this offer.
- All prices include VAT.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract, the offer will cease to be in effect and will be amended, replaced, or terminated immediately and automatically, as applicable, according to the circumstances, as an ancillary Contract.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber for any reason, he/she will be required to pay to the Company: Any amounts due and payable for Services already provided, the respective fees outlined in the Early Termination Fee Table, and an additional Administrative Termination Fee as defined in the Company’s pricelist.

The Offer is addressed to subscribers who will choose a new connection to Cablenet’s sports package All Sports bundle 300Mbps €45/month (includes Cablenet internet service) with a 24-month contract commitment (“Contract Duration”).
1.3. The offer is valid for new subscriptions with a 24-month Contract on the All Sports Bundle 300Mbps, which includes the Purple Internet service, Cyprus Football and International Sports.
1.4. In areas outside the Cablenet network (off-net) for All Sports Bundle 300Mbps, the available speed is up to 200Mbps.
1.5. Following the expiration of the 24-month period, the monthly subscription of the services will be charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time.

3. FoodyPro Service Availability
3.1. The FoodyPro service will be available to the above-mentioned beneficiaries in the following ways, as applicable. Codes will be provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process for one of Cablenet’s services as mentioned in article 1.2 (hereinafter the “Service”) either:3.1.1. As new subscribers to a Cablenet Service, or
3.1.2. By adding a new Service to their existing Cablenet account
3.2. The FoodyPro service will be provided using the offer code method. Codes are provided only to subscribers who successfully complete the registration process or add a Service to Cablenet.
3.2.1. Codes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the beneficiary. Cablenet reserves the right to refuse the awarding of a code in cases of violation of its Services’ terms of use.
3.3. Cablenet maintains a record of subscribers receiving a unique code, as well as its activation date. In case of cancellation (termination) of the Cablenet Service subscription within the twelve-month validity period of the code, Cablenet will inform Foody to suspend the use of the code by that specific subscriber.
3.4. The data submitted by the subscriber on the Foody website for creating an account with Foody is collected directly by Foody without any intervention or access to this data by Cablenet.
3.5. As a result, Cablenet will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other issues concerning the data submitted by the subscriber on Foody’s website.
