Terms and Conditions – Purple Max Internet 1G €35
- The offer applies to new and existing subscribers and it is valid for subscriptions to a new 24-month Purple Max Internet 1G service contract.
- The monthly subscription of the Purple Max Internet 1G service will be €35.00 for 24 months. Following the expiration of the 24-month renewal, the monthly subscription of the Purple Max Internet 1G service will be charged according to the valid Cablenet pricelist at the time.
- The Offer is valid until August 31st, 2025.
- All prices include VAT.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract, the offer will cease to be in effect and will be amended, replaced, or terminated immediately and automatically, according to the circumstances, as an ancillary Contract.
- In the event of early termination of the Contract by the Subscriber for any reason, he/she will be required to pay to the Company any amounts that have become due and payable from the agreed Services provided to him/her, based on the early termination table, plus an extra amount equal to the Administrative Termination Fee under the Company’s Pricelist.
- The provision of Services is governed by Cablenet’s General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, the Special Conditions for the Provision of Services and the current Special Conditions of this offer.

- The monthly subscription fee for the Purple Max Internet 1G service will be €40.00 for the duration of the 24-month contract. After the expiration of this promotional period, the subscription will be charged according to the applicable Cablenet pricelist at that time.
- As part of this offer, the subscriber may choose one of the following additional services at no extra cost for a 12-month period: Purple TV, International Sports, Mobile Data King or Plume HomePass®. After the end of the 12 months, the selected add-on will be charged according to the prevailing Cablenet pricelist. Maintaining the Purple Max Internet 1G service for the full 24-month period is a mandatory condition for the validity of this offer.
- The Offer is valid until August 31st, 2025.
- All prices include VAT.
- In the event of early termination of the contract by the subscriber for any reason, the offer will be immediately and automatically amended, replaced, or cancelled, depending on the circumstances. The subscriber will be required to pay all amounts due for services received, as calculated based on the early termination fee schedule, along with an additional amount equal to the Administrative Termination Fee as set out in Cablenet’s pricelist.
