  • Contribute to and support the implementation of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on processes and best practices, and oversee the execution of specific projects to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and budgets.
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable project plans, driving timely execution across media, digital, and on-ground activations
  • Review creative concepts, messaging, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and provide recommendations before submission for final management approval.
  • Monitor campaigns in real-time, identifying gaps or risks, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Ensure post-campaign reporting and learning sessions are completed and shared internally to inform future initiatives.
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that communicate marketing strategies, campaign results, and business insights, and present them confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives.
  • Introduce new marketing initiatives, tools, or channels to improve effectiveness and reach.
  • Maintain the marketing execution calendar, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, and approvals to management.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and measurable results within the marketing team.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management to help track and improve marketing performance.
  • Report to the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in 360° marketing execution and campaign coordination.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and digital performance.
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across media, digital, and on-ground channels.
  • Experience working with media, digital, and creative agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to measure marketing performance, interpret KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and support a team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Passionate about brand-building, attention to detail, and flawless execution.
  • Ability to think strategically, generate innovative ideas, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
