1. Connect the HD decoder to the modem using the Ethernet cable provided to you with the decoder and/or modem (should you not have an Ethernet cable, please visit one of Cablenet’s stores).
2. Make sure the decoder is set to Hybrid Mode (to check this, go to ‘Configuration’ through the decoder menu, then to ‘System Mode’ and select the option ‘Hybrid VOD Mode’).
3. Check for the correct connection of the decoder to the network through the 4 icons that appear in the upper left corner of the screen when in the decoder menu. For correct functioning all icons should have an orange tint (if there is a problem one or more will be grey or red).
